1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
OneLocal.Host respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our hosting users to do the same. As a web hosting provider, we comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices for content hosted on our servers.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing the following information:
Required Information for DMCA Notice:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. DMCA Notice Submission
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated agent. Please include the specific URL or subdomain where the infringing content is located:

4. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material from the hosting account
- Suspend the affected subdomain or specific files if necessary
- Notify the hosting account holder of the takedown via email
- Provide the account holder with a copy of the DMCA notice
- Inform the account holder of their right to file a counter-notification
- Document the takedown action in our system
5. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
OneLocal.Host has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used to engage in copyright infringement.
7. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
8. User Responsibility
Users of OneLocal.Host are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe upon the rights of others. This includes:
- Only uploading content you own or have permission to use
- Respecting copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights
- Not using our service to distribute pirated or unauthorized content
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
