  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • Individual cPanel accounts with full access
  • Free subdomains (yourname.onelocal.host)
  • MySQL databases with phpMyAdmin access
  • Softaculous auto-installer for 400+ applications
  • Free SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt
  • Email accounts and management
  • File Manager and FTP access
  • 24/7 support via email

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their cPanel account credentials
  • Regularly updating their website software and applications
  • Ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not using the service for illegal activities or prohibited content
  • Not uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
  • Managing their own backups and data security
  • Respecting server resources and not causing excessive load
  • Complying with cPanel usage policies and limitations

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our hosting platform:

  • Spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
  • Hosting adult content, gambling, or illegal material
  • Resource abuse, excessive CPU usage, or server load
  • Copyright infringement or DMCA violations
  • Malware distribution or malicious scripts
  • Bitcoin mining or cryptocurrency operations
  • Proxy servers or VPN services
  • File sharing or torrent hosting
  • Email marketing without proper opt-in
  • Any activity that violates cPanel/WHM policies
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, OneLocal.Host does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our hosting infrastructure is managed through cPanel/WHM, and we reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Restrict access to accounts that abuse server resources
  • Implement security measures to protect the hosting environment
  • Update server software and configurations as needed

6. Data and Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

OneLocal.Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
